Led design and development of digital re-branding for new website and social media: increased following and engagement by >200%, led first successful crowdfunding campaign on BitGiving. Delivered high quality trainings on social media marketing and technology strategy to all staff.
Designed, managed, and deployed an open source learning management platform for social sector leaders working with: CARE, McKinsey, Ashoka, UN Foundation, Habitat for Humanity and IRD. Developed finalist map to track global candidates by skills / social media for Global Leadership Lab. Oversaw training program, from Orientation and Graduation, grew it from 50 to 80 Fellows per year.
